Magnolia Inn & Suites

Really was not expecting such amenities in the room. Full size fridge, microwave, stove top,and a fold out couch. Very nice for the price. Only thing didn't like was the small coffee pots. Hotels need full size coffee pots in my opinion. Of course I'm an avid coffee drinker.

A really great, clean, comfortable hotel, especially for the price. The staff were all friendly and helpful, too! My only real criticism—and it’s a minor one—is that the breakfast options are limited. They had a waffle maker, some cereal, muffins, and instant oatmeal, but no fresh fruit, eggs, or healthier options. (Unfortunately the hot water for tea, and the coffee, weren’t hot either.) That said, again, a positive experience on the whole.

The entire hotel was very clean and cheery. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Our stay with Magnolia, from online reservations to checkout was excellent. Staying here is not only a good value, it's all around good!

Exceptionally nice reception at the desk, easy check in. Even or housekeeper was super nice and upbeat. Very clean. Love the location, was prefect for us. Price was very reasonable. Was skeptical at first when I made reservations online, but as soon as I saw the location I was happy, but when I walked in the door I was very thankful; clean, nice, price, location ...all good. When I'm in the area, I'll go back there.

This was a super nice, super clean, amazing hotel. The people working were very very nice. (Right now during covid they are not doing breakfast but I'm sure that it would have been great) I was very happy and very pleased with our stay. In a decent part of town as well. Definitely stay here !

Everything was quite peaceful. The interior was decorated kinda fancy but not at the same time. I wasn't crazy about the plugs in my room because my charger kept slipping out. Also their breakfast variety was pretty small

I stayed here several nights on business. My room was very clean and spacious. The woman at the desk was friendly. They have real brewed coffee in the morning and not the instant kind from a pump thermos. It's a quiet location. The parking is tight and limited.

I actually enjoyed staying at this establishment. The room was very clean, though the HVAC filter needed cleaned. Good size television, price was right, has full size refrigerator. Kitchenette with no pots/ plans. Convenient to entertainment. Bank Atm very close to property. Good secure location.

Experience was great. Nice customer service, beds were awesome, clean facility, quite so you can sleep, price was very reasonable. Thank you, we needed a good night's rest. Traveling can sometimes be stressful trying to find a hotel late at night, especially one that's got comfortable beds, clean and don't break the bank.

Clean and cheap rates. Very nice establishment. However management need to communicate better with employees. I stayed for two days. I decided to go shopping my last morning here about 8:30am which is today. I asked the manager at the front desk to tell housekeeping not to come in the room until I got back. He informed me that he was putting a note in the system of my request. I got back about 10:30am and discovered my personal belongings were moved and my own personal towels and wash cloths were missing. When I spoke to the manager about it, he was nonchalant about it and asked me if I want a refund to go stay somewhere else. I just told him if anything else is missing, he will be held responsible for it. Nothing else was missing and I will leave a tip for the housekeeper too before I checkout. Other than that I recommend the hotel to travelers like me. I would come back if I'm in the Memphis area again.
